PP UV Silicone Coated Release Liner For Self-adhesive Membrane

Description:

Silicone coated release liner refers to the film with separative film on the surface.

Silicone coated on either one sided or two sided. It will be peeled off when use the

self-adhesive products, such as bitumen waterproof membranes, PVC floor, butyl tapes

and other products.

According to different usage , the release force is different, the viscidity of release

product glue is different , to adjust the release force, to make it have the light and stable

release force during peeling. There are thermal curing and UV curing for silicone coating

due to different release force requirements.

Polypropylene (PP) film as the carrier, make it high temperature resistance than PE.

Use UV curing type for silicon coated, make it high subsequent adhesion(more than 90%)
