Description:
What's Silicone Coated Release Liner?
Silicone coated release liner refers to the film with separative film on the surface.
It does not have viscidity or slight viscidity contact with specific material under the
limited conditions. Normally in order to increase the release force of the film,
it does corona treatment to the film and coated with silicone, to make it act out the
light and stable release force to different organic pressure glue. According to different
release film , the release force is different, the viscidity of release product glue is different ,
to adjust the release force, to make it have the light and stable release force during peeling.
There are thermal curing and UV curing for silicone coating due to different
release force requirements.
PP release film, use PP plastic film as carrier and coated one side or two side solvent silicon,
use thermal or UV curing, make it easy to peel off from adhesive products when construction.
PP release film is high temperature resistance than PE, like PET film, about 130-180 degrees,
widely use as release material for self-adhesive waterproofing membranes, butyl tapes and other
self-adhesive products.
We also can do HDPE, LDPE, PET release films.
