Description:
Torch melting Polyethylene film also called thermofusible film, burn-off film, torchable polyethylene foil,
thermofusible HMHDPE film and torch-able film.
It is 3-layers film blowing, can be done as thin as 7 micron thickness.
It can be done perforated performance and printed as customers' requirements.
Make the surface of SBS/App Waterproof membranes more flate.
It is widely used as surface material for SBS Bitumen Waterproofing Membranes and
APP Bitumen Waterproofing Membranes, it will be melt when torch construction.

How to choose upper and lower cover materials for asphalt waterproofing membrane:
For exposed roof waterproofing system ,normally we choose aluminum film / schist / sand ..
as the upper cover material.
For special places treatment or non-exposed waterproofing works, normally we choose
polyethylene film as the upper cover material.
But for lower cover , normally, we only choose polyethylene film for torch melting before
sticking the membrane on basement.
Difference between upper polyethylene film and lower polyethylene film
Although the upper and lower cover both use polyethylene film. the process and performance
of these polyethylene film are different .
The polyethylene film which is used on the upper surface has high requirements for flexibility
weather resistance and aging resistance due to various external environments.Generally,it is
a high density polyethylene film . This film has good rigidity ,good heat resistance and long
service life.
The polyethylene film which is used on the lower surface needs to be fused by torch melting
during application. so has low melting point and lower standard of other performance requirements.
Generally,it is a low density polyethylene film. this kind film has good flexibility,low temperature
softening and strong fluidity and performance is easy to control.
