This avoids rust caused by condensation on the metal walls directly contacting the goods and reduces corrosion from the goods (or packaging) to the container. Enhanced Strength and Abrasion Resistance: The PET layer provides strong protection, allowing the liner to withstand friction and impacts from pallets and containers, extending its service life and preventing damage that could render the protective function ineffective. Cleanliness and Hygiene: The smooth, flat surface does not easily accumulate dust, making it easy to clean and disinfect. Specific Applications Inside containers, this material typically appears in two forms: Container Lining: A PET aluminized composite PE film is pre-laminated onto honeycomb panels, corrugated sheets, or other lightweight, high-strength materials to create standard-sized "linings," which are then directly installed on the container's inner walls. This is the most common and efficient method. On-site Adhesive Film: A roll of PET aluminized composite PE film is directly adhered to the cleaned container's inner walls. This method requires more sophisticated installation techniques but offers greater flexibility.
